Giving a good pitch is not a talent, it is a craft. Three things made the biggest difference for me.

1. Start with the problem

Nobody cares about your product. People care about their problem. Start there.

2. One story, one number

A concrete story sticks. A single strong number gives it weight. You rarely need more.

3. Prepare the ending

Most pitches fizzle out at the end. Say clearly what should happen next, then stop talking.
